女士们，先生们，朋友们：

好莱坞中国电影节是由中国电影海外推广公司和美国哥伦比亚好莱坞影业(中国)集团公司、香港演艺人协会共同主办，并得到了中国国家广播电影电视总局、加拿大国际贸易部、加拿大多元文化部、加拿大联邦电影局、美国电影协会、美国制片人协会、美国导演协会、美国电影电视联盟等众多中外主管机构的支持。

好莱坞中国电影节旨在以影视艺术为载体，展示中华民族五千年优秀文化，让世界了解中国，促进中外民间文化交流，在加深了解的基础上增进中国与世界各国人民之间的友谊，给新影片一个展示的平台。电影节各项活动的举办将营造一个国际性的宣传与交流的平台，在中外影人之间，世界同仁之间搭建一座友谊、交流、合作的桥梁。

今年第四届电影节将于9月20日在浙江省台州市举行开幕式。9月26日至10月底中国电影代表团将出访加拿大温哥华、美国洛杉矶和新墨西哥州、澳大利亚悉尼，11月7日于南京举行闭幕庆祝晚会。

 好莱坞中国电影节已在加拿大温哥华成功举办了三届，今年将正式启用加拿大中国影视节。影视节将继续以电影和电视剧为载体为加中文化交流做出努力。

HCFF is the grand ceremony for Chinese Films entering the supreme Art Palace of the world. CCHIG founded HCFF has since been co-working closely with Hong Kong Performing Artistes Guild, Columbia College Hollywood, Dot Media Entertainment to organize and promote this great event. CCHIG receives many supports from The State Administration of Radio Film and Television, China Film Copyright Protection Association, US Film & Television Alliance, Us Film Association, Directors Guild of America (DGA).

The Festival aims to promote the soul of the five-thousand-year Chinese culture and to bring the world an understanding of the China via film and television, so as to enhance the friendship between China and United States and the rest of the world while strengthening film and television exchange between the two countries. The Festival will build a world-class global communication and publication platform for the rising Chinese film industry.

Fourth Film Festival the opening ceremony is September 20 in TaiZhou City of Zhejiang Province. September 26 to the end of October the Chinese film delegation will visit Vancouver, Canada, the United States and New Mexico, Los Angeles, Sydney, Australia. The closing ceremony will be held back in Nanjing China

Hollywood China Film Festival in Vancouver, Canada, has successfully held the third years. This year, will be formally requested by Canada and China Film and Television Festival. Hope that we could work hard to increase efforts in cultural exchange
